Refund policy

Returns:

Physical Items may be returned for a refund based on the following:
  • Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered and free of any stains/smells. 
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customer will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days of return being received (customer will not be refunded original shipping costs) 
  •  Due to limited quantities we do not offer exchanges 
  • Sometimes mistakes happen! Please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order if there are any errors or defects in merchandise. We will gladly fix any issues. 
We do not refund gift card purchases or sale items
Virtual Training/Courses: 

All sales are final on our virtual training, virtual courses, e-books, etc. If you aren't happy with your purchase, please reach out to our team so we can discuss any options that may be available. 
 
Please mail your return item to the address below along with your order number. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Lost or stolen packages:

Unfortunately it can happen to the best of us. A lost or stolen package is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse, however we understand that these things can be frustrating, therefore we will do our best to make the situation better should it happen to you! Just reach out to our team asap!

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
