Mrs. Primed Defender is excited to offer this self-defense e-course. This course was tailored for women and children. Our goal is to provide tools that others can use to help defend themselves if ever needed. 

We understand that not everyone has the ability to train martial arts at a dojo, so we wanted to help fill that void by offering virtual instruction. The techniques in this course are simple yet effective.

One video for each self-defense technique, one video on the importance of using your voice and one video on how to flip the switch if you are ever attacked. As well as step by step pictures and instruction for quick refreshers.
